Service Description

Expoza is a SaaS platform for photographers. The platform provides tools for portfolio creation, online booking, client management, galleries for delivering materials, and communication via Telegram bot.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Expoza is not liable for any loss or damage arising from failure to comply with this obligation. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.

User Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to Expoza (images, text, client data). We do not claim ownership of your content. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store and display it as part of providing the service.

Prohibited Use

• Violating laws or third-party rights
• Uploading harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempting unauthorized access to the system
• Using the platform for spam or mass messaging

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account for violating these terms. You may delete your account at any time through account settings or by sending a request to [email protected].

Limitation of Liability

Expoza is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
