• Account data: name, email, password (hashed), profile picture when signing in with Google
• Business profile data: name, description, contact information, images, service settings
• Booking data: client names, emails, phone numbers, booking details
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, authentication cookies

How We Use Your Data

• Providing and maintaining the Expoza service
• Processing bookings and sending notifications
• Improving the platform and fixing bugs
• Communicating about service updates and support

Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted providers to operate the platform:

• Vercel — hosting and content delivery
• Supabase — database (PostgreSQL, EU region)
• Cloudflare R2 — file and image storage
• Resend — email notifications

Cookies

We use cookies for session authentication and language preferences. On photographers' public pages, analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) may be used — only with your consent.

Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. After a deletion request, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Under GDPR and Ukrainian data protection law, you have the right to:

• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your data in a machine-readable format
